Optimum Shape

Feeling unhappy in your skin? Sluggish? Overweight? Can't keep up with your kids? Are you trying to lose weight, burn body fat, build some muscle or just want to achieve overall health?

If the answer is YES to any of those questions, why not join my classes to shape, tone, get stronger, fitter, healthier and still burn body fat while you are resting? Well, the rest obviously comes after you have put in the hard work :o).

My aim is to create a welcoming atmosphere where each lady works to her own limits.

My focus is on back 2 basics using bodyweight, free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, stability balls, skipping ropes ...
Classes are put together in a circuit, super set … style to get the most out of, in as little times as possible so you can get on with the rest of your day. Short, sharp & to the point.

The designs of the programs assume that you are a healthy individual with no medical or physical conditions that would limit your participation in an exercise program. You should consult with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
