Yoga Fusions focus on the physical practice of postures as a form of exercise which is only a part and NOT the whole system of Yoga. Non-traditional & non-acrobatic approach inspired by different systems. Not strictly yoga, not strictly fitness. It is a middle of both worlds for those individuals that don’t like either extreme, making it accessible to the rest of us .
"To acquire balance means to achieve that happy medium between the minimum and the maximum that represents your OPTIMUM.
The minimum is the least you can get by with. The maximum is the most you're capable of.
The OPTIMUM is the amount or degree of anything that is most favorable towards the ends you desire."
